"When i arrived at 10pm after 10 hr of driving they didn't have a room for me, in spite of a confirmed reservation. They did provide a room in a completely different hotel 15 min drive away -in the heart of the vegas strip. The other hotel did not have the same amenities-cancun resort vs polo hotel. Not even close. Was told other hotel had parking included- it did not. After 10 hr of driving being turned away is horrendous. What good does a reservation do???? "

"I know it’s not a property fault but definitely have an issue with homeless in the area. Almost became a major issue when my wife and daughter were at the pool and a homeless man was cleaning himself in the pool shower and almost exposed himself. Luckily the staff was quickly to respond to my wife’s phone call since I was absent. Other than that, the property is very well maintained other than one elevator really scaring us."

"This is an efficient and affordable hotel near the airport. Offers airport shuttles. We got in late and left early, but the room was new, clean, and comfortable. We were exhausted and check in was quick and easy. We had everything we needed, including a basic, quick breakfast in the morning. Would stay again."
